Decoration

• Every order is carefully and attentively produced just for you in our world-class facility. We always try to decorate your order as quickly as possible, but depending on capacity, this may take up to 3-4 weeks.

Shipping

• You will receive an order status email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Using UPS Ground shipping, your order should reach you in 4-5 business days once it leaves our facility.
